Data processed and purposes
When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide — including your contact details, subject and message and, depending on the request, company, project or address information — to answer and follow up on your request. A non-reversible hash of the IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse; the raw IP address is not stored in the contact queue.
Strictly necessary technical logs may contain an IP address, timestamp, requested route and browser information. They are used to secure and operate the service.
Recipients and service providers
Messages are stored temporarily on the website server and then sent using OVH email services. Authorised members of the association access them only to handle the request. Technical backups, once enabled, are encrypted before being stored off site.
Some public images are loaded from Unsplash or Picsum. Loading these images may disclose your IP address and technical browser information to those providers.
Retention
The content of a successfully transmitted message is removed from the website queue immediately after delivery to both the association and the sender. Undeliverable messages and their technical metadata become eligible for cleanup after 30 days; that cleanup runs while the contact service is active. Rate-limit records expire after approximately 15 minutes. Technical backups are intended to expire after seven days. Email copies are retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet the association’s applicable obligations.
Your rights
Within the limits of applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing. Send your request to the contact address above. Proof of identity may be requested when necessary to protect your data.
Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. This policy may be updated when the website operation or its service providers change; the effective date will then be updated.
